On Best Friend’s Society site, there is a wonderful, heart-touching story about Red, a pitbull who was injured and paralyzed from an accident during Hurricane Katrina.  He found a wonderful home with Diane, who loves to spoil Red.  When Diane was injured in an accident, it was Red’s turn to help her! This story reminds us why we love our dogs and the special relationships we have with them.
